Tottenham Hale Medical Centre GP services procurement

The contract for GP services at Tottenham Hale Medical Centre in Haringey is coming to an end as planned.

In July 2020 the North Central London CCG Primary Care Commissioning Committee took the decision that a new contract will be procured to continue GP services at Tottenham Hale Medical Centre. This does not mean the practice will close or that patients will need to find a new doctor.

NHS North Central London Clinical Commissioning Group has now started a process to find a GP provider to ensure services continue to be delivered for patients. You can find out more about the process by reading the project overview document. We have also developed some frequently asked questions (FAQs).

Patients’ feedback is very important in helping find the right GP provider to run services. We are asking for patients to contribute views by:

  • Completing an online survey that will help us to understand what you value about the current service and what you would like to see improved. This is available at: https://www.engage.england.nhs.uk/survey/7a68e68c from Tuesday 1 September 2020 to Monday 21 September 2020. A paper copy of the survey will be available from the GP surgery between Tuesday 1 September 2020 and Monday 21 September 2020.
  • Leaving your feedback on the phone by calling 020 3816 3776 (Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm between 1 September 2020 and 21 September 2020).

We will write to all Tottenham Hale Medical Centre patients with details of the outcome of the procurement.
