Thousands get COVID vaccine at Spurs stadium in Haringey on Sunday 18 July

More than 4,300 people turned out to get their COVID-19 vaccine at Tottenham Hotspur stadium yesterday (18 July) to help protect themselves and others ahead of all remaining restrictions being lifted on 19 July.

The clinic offered first and second doses of the Pfizer vaccine, as well as an opportunity for attendees to take a snap at the selfie photo pod to mark the occasion of getting the jab to keep themselves and their community safe.

COVID-19 remains a real threat, despite restrictions changing, so it is still important that you get vaccinated, if you haven’t already. You can get your vaccine by:
• Booking an appointment via your GP practice, by calling 119 or through the online booking service
• Attending a walk-in clinic (no appointment necessary)

Visit our walk-in vaccination clinics web page for a list of clinics in North Central London.

Everyone is entitled to get vaccinated, regardless of your immigration status and whether or not you are registered with a GP.

Having both doses of the vaccine will offer the best protection, so please ensure you take up your second dose when it is arranged. Second doses are usually given a minimum of eight weeks after the first.
