If home use mifepristone and misoprostol is not appropriate or patients require surgical treatment, clinics remain open with services adhering to national guidelines to ensure safe treatment.
March 2021: The Central Booking Service is due to cease on 31 March 2021 and will affect all north central London boroughs. Women will be able to self-refer to a ToPs provider by phone or online. Until then, patients should continue to phone the CBS on telephone: 0333 999 9951. A message will remain on the CBS line for six months with referral information.

- residents of Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington
- women with a severe medical problem
