In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the CCG made the decision on to move its Primary Care Commissioning Committee meetings to a virtual platform to ensure health and safety for all members and the public. In this virtual arrangement, due to technological limitations, members of the public will only be able to listen to a live recording of the meeting after it has taken place. Questions relating to the meeting papers must be submitted before the meeting.
Live recordings of the meeting will be added to the bottom of this page after they occur.
Members of the public can ask questions about Primary Care Commissioning Committee agenda items before the meeting. Meetings are usually held on Thursdays.
Questions relating to the agenda must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org by 10am on the Monday before the meeting. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions relating to agenda items at the meeting during the ‘Questions from the public’ agenda item. This agenda slot will include questions asked in advance of the meeting and questions asked on the day, and will be managed at the Chair’s discretion within the time available.
We have set a limit of three questions per individual or organisation. However, questions and feedback can also be submitted outside of our formal meetings through our normal communication channels – find out more here.
Papers for each meeting will be available on this page one week before the meeting date. The papers will be published on our website and questions can be submitted up to Monday, 15 February (10.00) via email@example.com
