How we spend our money

North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB) became a statutory body on 1 July 2022 with responsibility for commissioning health and care services for the residents of Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington. Previously for the financial years 2020/21 and 2021/22 North Central London Clinical Commissioning Group (NCL CCG) had responsibility for these services. This followed the merger of North Central London’s five CCGs (Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington) in April 2020. Each year we outline the services we plan to buy based on the needs of the people living in NCL.

When we’re considering introducing or changing a service, we follow the commissioning ‘cycle’. This starts with selecting which services to purchase or change to best meet the needs of the people in North Central London, in each borough and as a five borough area. Through every stage of the cycle, we work closely with our partners and residents to make sure we get the planning right.

As part of our commitment to openness and transparency in respect of public expenditure we publish details of our payments over £30k on this page.

The most recent NCL CCG Annual Report and Accounts can be downloaded here. Archived Registers of Procurement Decisions for borough CCGs (Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, Islington) and NCL CCG can also be found below.
