Who we are

North Central London Clinical Commissioning Group (NCL CCG) was formally established in April 2020, bringing together five north London boroughs – Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington. NCL CCG is a clinically-led and member-driven CCG with GP practices across Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington making up our membership.

To help shape our plans we listen to all the information shared with us from the people who use the services we commission and the many dedicated professionals who work to deliver them. We ensure the local patient, resident and clinical voice in the commissioning and delivery of health and care services, by working effectively together at all levels of our system.

Booking your COVID-19 vaccine

All Londoners aged 5 or over can now receive a COVID-19 vaccination. These can be booked at www.nhs.uk/covid-vaccination or by calling 119.

Every five minutes someone in the UK has a stroke. It can happen to anyone, at any time and any age. Knowing the signs of a stroke in yourself or someone else is vital. If you suspect someone is having a stroke but you are doubtful, remember FAST.

Face: Has their face fallen on one side? Are they able to smile?
Arms: Can the person raise both arms?
Speech: Can the person speak clearly without slurring their words?
Time: If you see any of these signs it’s time to call 999.

Acting FAST will give the person the best chance of survival and recovery. Information on reducing your risk of a stroke and advice and support on recovery can be found on the Stroke Associations website. You can also call the Stroke Helpline on: 0303 3033 100. If you or someone you know needs help with day-to-day living because of a stoke, the NHS website explains your options and where you can get support.
